Refund policy

 

Returns and Refunds:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds or exchanges are eligible within 14 days of delivery date.

If it has been longer than 14 days, we are sorry your order isn’t eligible for a return/exchange.

Returned/exchanged items must be in the same condition & packaging as you received them.

A proof of purchase via order confirmation receipt is needed for a refund/exchange.

Lit or partially burned candles and used items are not eligible for a return, refund or exchange.

After receiving and inspecting the condition of the item, we will email you letting you know if we can approve the return/refund/exchange.

If it is approved, we will refund the money back to the card the original order was placed on (minus the original shipping charge) or allow you to choose another scent to exchange.

Shipping charges to return candles for refunds or exchanges are the buyers responsibility.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we are so sorry!  Please contact us immediately and we will respond.

If you return your items, the teacher's name you entered will be removed from our drawings

Return Instructions:

To return or exchange a product, please email us at chalkboardcandleco@gmail.com so we can give you the correct address to send the item to. You are responsible for shipping costs of the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping items over $75, we recommend using a shipping service that is trackable or purchasing shipping insurance because we can’t guarantee we will receive your returned item.
