Shipping Policy

Free shipping on orders of $90+ in USA

Processing Time:

*Current processing time BEFORE shipping is 3-5 business days.  That means we take 3-5 days to prepare and pack candle packages before we drop them in groups at the post office.  Shipping time after that depends on which shipping option customers select at checkout.  Please remember we are a small two person team...we aren't on Amazon's level. :). Please take this into account when ordering before holidays or if you would like items by a specific date.

Shipping Address Policy

Chalkboard Candle Co. is not responsible for items that could not be shipped to their destination because of an incorrect or undeliverable address.

It is the responsibility of the customer to review their shipping address and information for accuracy before completing the purchase. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued on the basis of an incorrect address. If a package is shipped back to Chalkboard Candle Co. due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, shipping charges will not be refunded and there may be an additional shipping fee to resend your candles.

In the event that Chalkboard Candle Co. is unable to create a shipping label for the address provided by the customer, we will attempt to contact you for an address correction via e-mail or instagram DM. If no response is received within 24 hours, the entire order will be cancelled and you will be refunded in full.

Stolen / Missing Package Policy

Chalkboard Candle Co. promises to ship your order and inform you of a way to track your delivery in a timely manner. However, Chalkboard Candle Co. will not be held responsible in the event where your package is believed to be stolen or goes missing after the carrier marks it as delivered.

If you believe your package has been stolen or misplaced, it is up to the customer to file the appropriate claims with USPS or UPS. In our experience, packages that have been marked delivered that aren't found by the customer are always found or delivered in the next couple of days...try to hang tight! Chalkboard Candle Co. will not issue refunds or replacements once the package is marked as delivered by the courier.
