Discount Codes & Promotions: Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added after an order is placed. Only one code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.
Preorders & Custom Orders: Some items may be listed as preorders or made-to-order. Processing times will be clearly noted at the time of purchase.
All of our candles are handcrafted in small batches, which allows us to maintain quality but limits flexibility once an order is placed.
No-Cancellation Policy
Due to the handmade nature of our products and our small-batch production process, all sales are final.
Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or changed once placed.
This includes standard orders, preorders, custom items, bulk orders, and sale items.
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout to ensure all details are correct.
Once an order has been submitted, it is immediately queued for processing and materials are allocated specifically for your purchase.
